| Product features
Constructed from soft, fluffy, 100% cotton twill, these diapers will endure. They have been designed to meet maximum industry standards in durability and performance. We carry prefolds with a ply of 4 x 8 x 4, meaning the outsides of the diaper are 4 layers thick, and the diaper's inside (the middle of the diaper) is 8 layers thick. This is the thickest, most absorbent ply available. |

Washing instructions
When you receive your prefolds, they're not much to look at; you will have to wash and dry the prefolds at least 3 times to fluff them up; the diapers will shrink approximately 5 - 10%, but they will become nice and soft. You will know your diapers are ready to use when you pour water on them, and it is readily absorbed. Unbleached prefolds can take longer to break in because bleaching typically removes the cotton's natural waxes and oils. If you have a hard time breaking in your prefolds, we suggest turning your water heater up before washing them, or boiling them in a pot on a stovetop for five minutes. CAUTION: Please exercise extreme care when dealing with hot water -- turn your water heater back to normal temperatures after washing the prefolds. For the first few weeks, your unbleached prefolds will appear pilly -- this is completely superficial, it will not affect the performance of your prefolds. After a few weeks, this will cease, and go away. The prefolds pill because they are unbleached; unbleached diapers have not been "sealed" during the bleaching process like bleached diapers have been, and the fibers "stick up". |

| Additional information
You should only flush one liner in the toilet at a time. Additionally, it is recommended that you let the liner sit in the water for a few moments before flushing it so that the pulp absorbs water and becomes softer (easier to flush). Used liners (no poop, pee only) can be machine-washed and reused. Caution: Flushing of liners may cause blockage in old or damaged drains. Cloth wipes are inexpensive and convenient ... use with warm water or your favorite diaper wash (we humbly suggest our own Diaper Lotion Potion), toss into the diaper pail and wash with diapers. One-ply unbleached, undyed knit terry Terry loops handle nasty messes; "smooth" side has slight texture to aid in clean-up Thicker than flannel wipes, but not as thick and cumbersome as regular washcloths Full-size wipes are approximately 8x8", a perfect fit for hands. Fold in half for wipes containers. Half-size, no-fold wipes are approximately 4x8" and fit without folding into most wipes containers. Wipes make terrific small boosters or doublers for newborn diapers. No extra cost, and no wasted space on the changing table. Such a deal!

| Snappi instructions
Snappi®s WORK BEST with terry cloth diapers, cotton prefolds (Chinese or DSQ), and other cloth diapers with a loose enough weave for the Snappi to hook into. They DO NOT work well flannel or any other tightly woven diapers, even most hemp diapers. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: 1. ALWAYS use a cover when using a Snappi® fastener on your baby’s diaper. 2. Keep out of children’s reach when not in use! 3. Do not cut your Snappi®. This could create weak spots in your Snappi®. 4. INSPECT your Snappi® before each use and discontinue use immediately if there is any sign of cracking, tearing, breakage or wear of the teeth or any other parts. 5. Do not use your Snappi® for longer than 6 months. 6. Do not leave your Snappi® lying in the sun. It is not UV resistant and this can reduce the effectiveness of the Snappi®. 7. The best way to clean to your Snappi® is to wash in warm soapy water. Do not launder them with diapers in the washer as this may weaken the grip attachment. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Snappi® fasteners need to be used correctly in order to work effectively. 1. STRETCH the Snappi® fastener before its first use. The stretching triggers the 'memory' of the Snappi® to return to its original size and in so doing, pulls the diaper together to the middle to allow for a snug fit. This is essential for the Snappi® to work properly. This can be done by holding the Snappi® in the center with one hand and close to the end of the leg (not by the rings) with the other hand and s-t-r-e-t-c-h a few times (10 or so). As you do this you should feel how the material 'softens' or gets more elastic. Follow this stretching procedure with each leg. The Snappi® is then ready to go! 2. Make sure that your Snappi® is ATTACHED SECURELY. It is important that the Snappi® 'leg' being attached be stretched as far as possible before hooking it into the diaper. So, Hook Left, s-t-r-e-t-c-h and hook Right, s-t-r-e-t-c-h down and hook Center In other words, the Snappi® fastener should go from a ‘T’ shape to a ‘Y’ shape. By following these instructions, the Snappi® should be secure, the diaper will fit snugly and the baby should not be able to undo it. ALWAYS place a cover over the diaper and Snappi® fastener. CAUTION: Any tear in the Snappi® can lead to separation of a piece, presenting a possible choking hazard. Inspect your Snappi® before each use and discontinue using immediately if there is any sign of cracking, tearing, breakage or wear of the teeth or any other parts. Do not cut your Snappi® as this may cause tearing. |

- Pop-up squirt top. - 2-oz makes 4 (4 oz) Diaper Lotion Potion spray refills, or up to 15 wipe solutions. Ingredients: Jojoba oil infused with chamomile, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil To use: Shake well. To refill Diaper Lotion Potion spray bottle, add 1 Tablespoon concentrate to 1/2 cup witch hazel. For larger containers, mix 1 oz concentrate to 1 cup witch hazel. Other uses: Mix or blend a squirt or two of concentrate with distilled water* as a diaper wipe solution. Add a dash or two to running water for an exquisite bath experience for baby... or you! Notes: We specifically formulated the concentrate as a gentle, all-natural product, but we still recommend that it not be used full strength on baby's delicate skin. Always dilute with distilled water* or witch hazel before use. *When mixing with distilled water, you lose the preservative action of the witch hazel, so be sure to use the water-based mix within two weeks. |
