Our Heavy Pads include 2 parts: a pad with wings that fasten around the gusset of your underwear with a sewn-on plastic snap, and a liner that is worn on top of the pad and held in place with ric-rac bands. Our unique design allows you to change liners quickly and easily without having to change your whole pad.
