Currently we process Visa and Mastercard cards on-line, over the phone (call 613.321.7249), or in-person. Our secure shopping cart uses 128-bit encryption.
After submitting your order, you will receive an autoresponse e-mail confirming your order. We will contact you if there are any problems or delays with your order. If all the items are in stock, your order is shipped within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to substitute colors and/or prints if necessary, please indicate in the comments section if you wish to be notified of a substitution beforehand.
A copy of your purchase invoice is included with your shipment, for your records. Please keep this invoice in case you need to return an item for exchange or refund -- unopened/unused products may be returned within 30 days (90 days on defective items).
You must contact us before returning any items, for any reason. Items sent back without authorization will be returned to sender. Please note that items must be in saleable condition. Items that have been used and/or washed can be exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect. Please return in original manufacturer's packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
We will not send out replacement products until we have received and inspected your returned items. If you wish to have replacement items sent out immediately, you will be billed for them, and store credit will be applied to your account when the items arrive.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable -- if your order was shipped for free, you will be billed for the order's S&H upon return (the full cost of S&H). If your order's postage cost more than our flat S&H rate to ship, you will be billed the full amount of postage when a refund is processed.
If a discrepancy exists between a product's advertised price and the cart price, the advertised price will be honored.
